My name is Katrin. My calling is connected to supporting and helping others \u2013 for over 15 years, I have been working in the social sector, providing support to those who need understanding, patience, and a conscious approach.\nMy work has taken me into the social field through direct client work, organizing and conducting trainings, and into the education field as a head of learning and development. I now feel it is time to bring together the knowledge and experience from both sectors.\nWhat has been especially close to my heart is working with people with mental health special needs, where I have been able to support both clients and contribute to the development of professionals through training and consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My educational journey has a strong foundation from Tallinn University, where I obtained both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Sciences. Over the years, I have continuously pursued further professional development, I have acquired a microdegree in adult education. I also have work experience as an evaluation expert for the quality of adult education at the Estonian Quality Agency for Education (HAKA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am fluent in English and also have conversational skills in Russian and Italian, and I believe that international experience is a strength in every field. The opportunity to communicate in a different cultural space and learn from the experiences of others is of great value to me \u2013 it creates a broader perspective and brings flexibility and creativity to work. One of the great added values \u200b\u200bI consider is the experience of writing and implementing projects, which has reinforced my belief that international experience enriches every field. Different approaches and exchange of experiences help create more flexible and meaningful solutions also at the local level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am characterized by good analytical skills, empathy and the ability to work both in a team and independently. I value systematicity, good communication and effective time planning. Thanks to good digital competence, I am open to new solutions and ready to use modern tools in my daily work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my free time, I love to travel, do crafts, and grow blueberries - these are my ways of finding balance, gathering inspiration, and staying connected to nature and myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
