1. General provisions

1.2 A data subject for the purposes of the privacy terms and conditions is a customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.

1.3 A customer for the purposes of the privacy policy is anyone who purchases goods or services from the data processor's website.

1.4 The data processor complies with the data processing principles set out in legislation, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of legislation.

2. Legal basis

2.1. Personal data is processed in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the client.

2.2. The processing of personal data is based on a legal obligation, for example, for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer complaints.

3.1. We collect and process data primarily electronically – through our website and email.

3.2. By sharing their data, the customer consents to its use for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

3.3. The client is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and up-to-date. Providing false information is a violation of the privacy policy.

3.4. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the provision of false information.

3.5. Purchase data (e.g. date, product/service, quantity, customer information) is used as purchase history and for customer preference analysis.

3.6. Customer contact information is used for customer service purposes.

3.7. IP addresses and other network data are used to provide the service and to generate web statistics.

5.1. 5.2. The data processor has the right to change these data protection conditions in part or in full by informing data subjects of the changes via the website www.clerita.ee.
