My name Katrin. My calling is related to supporting and helping others – for over 15 years I have been working in the social field, supporting those who need understanding, patience and a conscious approach. My work has taken me to the social field through direct client work, organizing and conducting trainings, and to the education field as a head of learning and development manager. I feel that now is the time to combine the knowledge and experience of thouse two fields. Working with people with special psychological needs has been particularly close to my heart, where I have been able to support both clients and contribute to the development of specialists through trainings and counseling.
My education was based at Tallinn University, where I completed a bachelor's and master's degree in social sciences. Over the years, I have also continuously improved my knowledge.
I am fluent in English and also have conversational skills in Russian and Italian, and I believe that international experience is a strength in every field. The opportunity to communicate in a different cultural space and learn from the experiences of others is of great value to me – it creates a broader perspective and brings flexibility and creativity to work. One of the great added values I consider is the experience of writing and implementing projects, which has reinforced my belief that international experience enriches every field. Different approaches and exchange of experiences help create more flexible and meaningful solutions also at the local level.
I am characterized by good analytical skills, empathy and the ability to work both in a team and independently. I value systematicity, good communication and effective time planning. Thanks to good digital competence, I am open to new solutions and ready to use modern tools in my daily work.
In my free time, I love to travel, do crafts, and grow blueberries - these are my ways of finding balance, gathering inspiration, and staying connected to nature and myself.
