Additional information about the training
"The training focuses on client-centered network collaboration and on fostering cooperation among the parties involved. The training is interactive, including short lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. Participants will gain knowledge and skills in mapping client networks, understanding methods of collaboration, recognizing barriers of cooperation, and applying strategies to overcome them.
Learning outcome
• knows the principles of network-based collaboration in the social field;;
• is able to identify and map the parties involved in client work;
• is able to analyze the role of the network in supporting the client;
• understands what collaboration barriers may occur and how to overcome them;
• knows practical methods for engaging stakeholders and enhancing cooperation.
Target group:Social sector professionals who work with diverse target groups and whose daily work involves network-based collaboration, communication with partners, and building supportive and trusting relationships.
